Mature cells lymphoid neoplasms

Abstract:
The mature cells lymphoid neoplasms include a heterogeneous group of malignant lymphoid diseases that derive from lymphatic tissue. These are mainly B- and T-cell-lymphomas.

The WHO-classification categorizes the hematological neoplasms according to the postulated cell of origin. For the lymphatic neoplasms, it discriminates between immature lymphatic precursor cell-neoplasms (lymphoblastic leukemias of the B- and T-cell-lineage) and den mature cell lymphatic-neoplasms. The latter consist of mature B-cell-neoplasms and the mature T-cell-neoplasms. The Hodgkin-lymphomas are seen as a class of their own.

Classification:
A more comprehensive list of all mature B-cell and T-cell lymphatic neoplasms can be found at WHO 2016-classification. The following list contains those diseases that can be diagnosed in the lab in the peripheral blood.
